Where and When?
The Old City Tour starts every day at 3:30 PM starting at Covent Garden, outside the Starbucks cafe at Russell Street. Exit Covent Garden station and turn right down James Street then around the left side of the market to Russell Street.

I went to towerhill on time but i saw no staff there. I try walking to find them but i can't find them..no sign or nothing to tell me information!!! so i missed the wholething on this tour...very bad!!!! loss of money!!!
