The captain orders the moorings to be cast off and the magic of the illuminations sparkles through the glass top of the boat.

A singer and three musicians entertain you on this cruise with a variety of French and international music for listening to or dancing.

The chef prepares a menu with a choice of five starters (including a vegetarian dish), six main dishes (including one for vegetarians) and five desserts.

Duck foie gras terrine with gingerbread cubes and fig purée

Thin slices of smoked salmon flavoured with dill and a sweet corn sauce

Oriental cannelloni with a small salad and balsamic vinaigrette

Split-pea soup flavoured with bacon

King prawns in pastry with lemon butter

Main Course

Pan-feared scallops with young artichokes and wild herb sauce

Yellow pollock with passion fruit sauce and spinach pancake

Pan-feared fillet steak with red wine reduction and savoy potatoes

Chicken breast, ravioli stuffed with Comté cheese, lime sauce

Pan-feared lamb steak with watercress coulis and aubergine purée

Symphony of vegetables served with a crispy parmesan biscuit

Desert

Almond ice cream served with melon sauce

Rich chocolate and caramel cake with milk chocolate mousse

Apricot and violet clafoutis with apricot sauce

Baked apple with brown sugar served with lime and mint ice cream

You will be served a Kir blanc de blancs white wine aperitif with savoury petits fours, followed by selected Chardonnay Vin de Pays d'Oc and Médoc wines.

A choice of aperitif accompanied by savoury petits fours is followed by selected Chablis and Canon-Fronsac wines. Your table will be by a window.

Premier Service : € 190

You will be seated at a round table in the front of the boat with a hostess available throughout the cruise. A choice of aperitif accompanied by savoury petits fours is followed by selected Chablis and Canon-Fronsac wines. A choice of after-dinner drinks makes a pleasant finish to the meal.

These prices include the cruise, the meal, drinks and entertainment.
