Tour Itinerary

Delphi "the Navel of the Earth"

Driving through the main highway enjoying a scenic luxury coach ride to the Greek country side, northwest of Athens.

Expect to be seated in a deluxe vehicle, with high deck views and large windows to make the experience even more so magnificent. Along for the ride is our professional guide who will guide you through each visual with a short stop for a coffee and/or refreshments.

In continuation we pass outside the Thieves arriving at the legendary Castalia Spring in Delphi "the Navel of the Earth" to visit the Museum with the famous bronze Charioteer, the statue of Antinoos, the ancient sanctuary and all the renowned ruins of the "Omphalos" (Navel) of the Ancient world.

You will feel the mystery in the Temple of Apollo where Pythia was seated, giving out her predictions of the future. See the "Castalia spring" with the two monumental fountains receiving water from the spring for the last 3000 years.

After the guided tour we will visit the picturesque mountain village of "Arachova" well known for its famous handmade carpets and quilts. We will enjoy our lunch at the traditional Epikurus Restaurant, allowing you the opportunity to experience the wonderful Greek delicacies, known throughout the world.

Towards the end of the tour we continue to Athens passing through the cities of Levadia and Thieves with short stop for Coffee and refreshments once again making sure we refuel ourselves for the scenic route home.
