We booked the tour and paid in full through paypal, which was one of the options, but our booking got cancelled at the last minute because apparently they couldn't withdraw the money from paypal- hardly our fault- It has been a huge fight to try to get my money back. Also we had already paid for our flights to get to Budapest for the tour and have lost our deposit with Hostel world too. I emailed Hostel world about it but got no reply. I am very dissapointed with the service I have received.
