Tour Itinerary
Indonesian cooking is a rich and complex blend of many cultures: Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and Middle Eastern. Proximity to other South East Asian countries has also strongly influenced the cuisines of Indonesia.
If you enjoy chili peppers, peanut sauces and curries, lemon grass, turmeric and tamarind, then you will love Indonesian food.
Our Indonesian cooking classes are completely hands-on and based in our beautiful Jakarta Bed & Breakfast in the Southern part of the city. We provide the ingredients and recipes. Learn from our chef Mrs. Clara, who has been working in the catering business for decades.
