ITINERARY:
World famous Cliffs of Moher one of the world's great natural attractions - you can enjoy a hike, a relaxed walk, all the time gazing in amazement at this geological and natural beauty.
Depart from Cliffs of Moher for Doolin village where you may wish to enjoy a traditional Irish pub-lunch (optional)
Arrive at Doolin, although a tiny wee village this is Ireland's traditional music capital. You might choose to buy yourself lunch here in a traditional pub.
Depart Doolin and visit one of the most unusual limestone surfaces anywhere - the lunar landscape of the Burren, the only place on Earth where Arctic, Alpine and Mediterranean, if it's the right season you may see one of the 26 different types of orchids that grow here right on beautiful Galway Bay. Botanists, geologists and archeologists among you will be foaming at the mouth; and if flowers, rocks and history aren't you're thing then this special place just might turn you onto them!
Arrive at Bunratty Castle, a truly glorious monument to 12th century military architecture (Ireland's most photographed fortress) for a rest stop and the chance to grab a coffee and refresh yourself. You can easily imagine Norman Knights, Gaelic warriors and Jousting Chieftains at this hallowed spot.

3. The Cliffs of Moher have been featured on film numerous times, including in The Princess Bride (1987), Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009),[12] and in the Tentacles of Doom episode of Father Ted (1996).
4. One of our top Guides - Paddy Murphy - once caused a stir at the cliffs dressed in a leprechaun suit
5. On the same day an apparently famous German stunt man almost gave us hfeart-failure by doing one wheel jumps on a BMX at the top of the precarious Cliff!

7. The cliffs consist mainly of beds of Namurian shale and sandstone, with the oldest rocks being found at the bottom of the cliffs.

The landscape is one of those few things everybody should get to see at least once in their lifetime. Comfortable bus, genuine and very knowledgeable Irish driver, nice friendly group, I enjoyed the whole experience. Would definitely recommend to others.

The scenery is spectacular and we had an excellent guide to explain everything we saw on our way there. Weather wasn't on our side but it was good fun altogether.

This tour was amazing! It was the most fun I had while visiting Dublin! The driver was so full of energy and very entertaining. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Dublin in the future!

The guide was excellent, I had a great day, the sights we stopped at were fantastic. We were an hour late getting away which seemed unavoidable, but wasn't handled the best. We were standing in the cold on the street for half an hour before anyone came to tell us it would be an hour late, a phone call would have meant we could go get breakfast or something! But the guide was good fun. Some of the sights could have been sacrificed for more time at the cliffs. Seafood chowder at lunch was great!

This is the second tour i have done with Paddy Wagon - the first was the 3 day south and IT WAS AMAZING. it was so great, that when my boyfriend came over to Ireland, we did the day trip to the cliffs. Great value for money, great staff, fun and knowledgeable. Accmodations at the Randy Leprochan (the second night on 3 day south tour) left MUCH to be desired, however. but the pub was fun and the food was good. :) would recommend any of their tours and would go on another myself!

A great trip. The tour guide was very informative. Plenty of time at each of the sites, and a nice, cheap lunch spot. A great tour overall.
