1 Day Giants Causeway Trip from Dublin by Paddywagon Tours

no time for lunch or drink if you want walk all causeway. the trip need 1 more hour, till 20:30 to be perfect.

I especially enjoyed the Derry informational tour. It gave me a greater insight into the history of the Irish people and the conflicts in recent decades.

I looked at alot of trips from Dublin to Giants Causeway and they were all very overpriced. I was surprised at how much they packed into the day. Giants Causeway was so phenomenal. The stop at Derry was especially fantastic. This is the best thing I did in Dublin.

If you want to get up to see Northern Ireland without spending the night up there, this is certainly a good option. I will say that literally 75% of your time is spent in the bus. The tour itself is top notch. It's well run and all the staff are friendly and entertaining. The only downside is the 13 hours of driving for 3 hours of sightseeing. But...you know what your getting yourself into before you sign up.

Giants Causeway is a must see attraction in Northern Ireland and I wouldn't have gotten out there without this trip. Our driver told us some cool stories on the bus rides to places but was sometimes hard to understand due to mumbling. Cool scenery though. The Carrick-a-rede rope bridge was awesome too. You always wish you had more time at each of the sites, but that is always how it is on organized tours like that. Expensive, but worth it.
