ITINERARY

Day 1: Dublin to Belfast

Leave Dublin's Paddy Palace at 8am and begin your adventures at Drogheda where youll see the preserved head of St. Oliver Plunkett (executed 1681) in St. Peters Cathedral. Cross the border at South Armagh. A fascinating evening in Belfast awaits. We strongly recommend the world famous Black Taxi tour (optional) to view the Peace wall and political murals.

Day 2: Belfast to Historic Derry

A glorious touring day! Cruise the Beautiful North Coast. You'll see the Carrick-a-rede rope bridge (seasonal, consider crossing at your own risk for a small optional charitable donation to the National Trust, the registered UK charity that maintains the Bridge), walk the Giants Causeway and take fantastic photos of Dunluce Castle. Overnight in Historic Derry. Amazing traditional music night in Peadar O'Donnells pub!

Day 3: Derry to Galway

Begin today with an excellent in-depth walking tour of Derry's walls (1601) and the well known Bogside district. Drive through enchanting Sligo visiting the sacred grave of our national Poet, Nobel laureate WB Yeats. Explore the vast archaeological and cultural richness of Irelands North West Coast. Stop at Knock, Catholic Irelands vast pilgrimage site. Tonight youll overnight in Galway, Irelands party capital.

Day 4: Galway to Killarney

Today you will have the wild atlantic ocean by your side as we cruise down the West Coast. Run around the lunar landscape of the Burren before gazing in awe at the majesty that is the cliffs of moher. Overnight in Killarney, Irelands premier tourist town.

Day 5: Killarney to Dingle

Today we take a short drive to Dingle, a charming gaelic speaking fishing village. Free time in Dingle to shop and lunch and then a pleasant tour around Slea Head. See Sleeping Giant Island. Tonight youll stay in your very own Irish pub, the Randy Leprechaun in Annascaul on the Dingle Peninsula

Day 6: Dingle to Dublin

Cross the Cork and Kerry Mountains to kiss the legendary Blarney Stone on top of Blarney Castle. Souvenir heaven! You'll make your way up through the battle fields of "Braveheart" to Dublin for our grand finale - Visit phoenix Park, Europes largest! 5,000 Red Deer running wild, the Papal Cross and Aras an Uachtarain (the home of our beloved President Mary) and visit the Guinness Storehouse and complements of the Paddywagon team have a pint of the black stuff, a big creamy pint of Guinness !!!!!. The tour and the guide were great, but the facilities suck. All of the Paddy Wagon hostels are staffed by rude, bored people. The rooms in Derry were for six people and you could barely but two in there. Only one of the hostels had outlets in the room. The Galway hostel was nice, but its not part of Paddy Wagon. Overal its okay but could have been better.
