Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Recorded information on buses worked intermitantly and wasn't as fun or informative as the live guides.

You have cheated us. The tour did not take off at all an 27th December, we waited and waited and no bus came, the tour operators could not be contacted(overthetop tours). we were very very disappointed. and after a long time the tour operators emailed me to say that they do not operate on 27th december at all, so you have taken the deposit and confirmed the tour which never took off, so will you please be kind enough to refund the deposit you took from us?
