Cliffs of Moher Day Tour by Extreme Ireland

Tour Itinerary

6:50 Pick up at the tourist office on Suffolk Street in Dublin 2 before making our way towards Limerick city for a photo stop of King Johns Castle and the Treaty Stone on the banks of the river Shannon. We will then make our way towards the Atlantic coast and the famous Cliffs of Moher where you will spend an hour and a half walking along the coast or visiting the interpretive centre. For lunch we will go down to the charming village of Doolin, famous for its origins of Irish music connections.

After lunch we will take a stroll around the limestone of the Burren and visit Corcomoroe Abbey. On our way back via Galway Bay we will stop in the village of Kinvara with its Galway Hookers (boats) and splendid views of Dunguaire Castle, the most charming of fishing villages. A short spin to the new motorway with a quick stop to freshen up in the services 35 mins from the city centre. Arrive back in Dublin around 7 pm in the evening with some info provided as to some interesting and local watering holes, where you can relax and chat about the day!
