I'd like a refund, I did not get my tour. When I turned up at the bus stop, I was passed around from driver to driver saying they would check with the office as my name wasn't on anyone's list. After patiently waiting while they sorted it out, it became evident they they had all got on their busses and left me. I went back 2 days later to follow up and was told I will need to get a refund from Hostelword.com as they have no record of me. So please kindly credit my card for the amount I paid.

Antony the tour driver was excellent, he made the tour very interesting adding funny little sayings that made us laugh.
