I had booked and paid "The grand Wicklow and Coastal Tour" to the 28. of May for 5 persons. A couple of days before I mailed to You, asking from where and what time the depature was. I got an mail answer from Trevor Austin with the informations. We were there on time, just to be told that our tour was not running that day.
How can we book (through the internet) a non-running tour. We were very disappointed. The guide helped us to another tour, but not the one we have ordered. What will You do?
