Tour Itinerary

Every day. Pickup from hotels/hostel in greater Rome area between 7.45am and 8.15am.

You MUST contact us immediately after reservation and provide us with the name of your hotel in order to organise pickup service (central Rome hotels/hostels only).

In the morning

The tour will begin with priority entrance to the Vatican Museums. Included will be the main galleries such as the Round Room, Room of the Maps, Room of the Tapestries, Rooms of Raphael and culminating the visit inside the incredible Sistine Chapel.

LUNCH: in typical Italian restaurant

After Lunch

After lunch the tour will continue on with a visit of the other major basilicals of Rome such as the Basilica of St Mary Major and the Basilica of St John in Lateran.

Then travel along the Ancient Appian Way to the Catacombs of St Callixtus (the early Christian burial grounds).

NOTE:

Strict dress code is applicable at the Vatican. No shorts; shoulders and knees must be covered.

This tour does NOT run on religious and national holidays.

Please wear comfortable shoes as there is some walking involved.
