It was not clear when we booked that we would be made to share a gondola with strangers. This was not what we hoped for at all. The staff were pushy and rude. Not impressed.

it was lovely! our guide was nice and knew a lot of information. we met people from our home in the states in our very boat as well as others from russia. it was overall a wonderful experience, our favorite yet. thank you so much! f
