DAY 01 ARRIVAL
Meet upon arrival at Kuching International Airport and transfer to Hotel.
DAY 02 SARAWAK CULTURAL VILLAGE / SEMENGGOH ORANG UTAN ( B )
Breakfast at hotel and then proceed to SARAWAK CULTURAL VILLAGE: "See Sarawak in half day" is the claim made by Sarawak Cultural Village, the village also called "Living Museum" because natives live in its house & make handicraft. It has seven representative ethnic houses - Bidayuh Longhouse, Iban Longhouse, Penan Hut, Orang Ulu Longhouse, Melanau House, Malay House & Chinese Farm House. Observe the lifestyle, arts, crafts, games, foods, clothes & music of major cultural of Sarawak. Enjoy your self with a fascinating performance of the multi-cultural dance in the village's own theater. After lunch proceed to Semenggoh Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre is a temporary home for Orang Utan, which has been orphanage or rescued from captivity, they are trained to learn and survive in their natural environment. Walk through the trail & look out for Semi Wild Orang Utan in their natural habitat. An amazing experience meets with Wild Man of Borneo, who may come to the centre during feeding time. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 03 BAKO NATIONAL PARK ( B/L )
After breakfast proceed for Bako National Park, situated about 38 km from Kuching on the Maura Tebas peninsular at the mouth of the Sarawak River, can be reached by car and longboat in one and a half hours. The journey takes you past beautiful nipah palms, coconut plantations and mangrove swamps. A unique feature of Bako is the way nature has delightfully combined spectacular landscape of steep coastline cliffs, weather-eroded rock formations and wave-beaten sea stacks with abundant flora and fauna, wildlife and a thriving mangrove swamp. It is a rare place that should please even the most demanding photographer or wildlife and nature enthusiast. Bako supports several types of distinct vegetation - open shrub land and hardy flora at the plateau of the hill range changing to lush and tall rainforest trees and plants and lowland dipterocarp forest on the slopes and finally to casuarinas and mangrove trees along the coast. It is also home to numerous species of birds, snakes and animals such as the proboscis monkeys, long tailed macaques, wild boars, sambar deers and monitor lizards. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 04 KUCHING CITY TOUR/SARAWAK RIVER CRUISE ( B )
After breakfast proceed for Kuching City Tour, Visit : Arrival and meet at Kuching Airport. Lunch, then go for Kuching City Tour, Visit : the perfect introduction to Sarawak's historical capital. This tour will bring you to Kuching's Oldest Street, Chinatown, famous Cat State, the oldest chinese temple named Tua Pek Kong, State Mosque, Gambier Street, Kuching waterfront and the historical building during the White Rajah area like the Court House, Astana, the Pavilion, Square Tower, Charles Brooke monument, Post Office and the world famous Sarawak Museum. Then we proceed to the highest tower in Kuching call the civic centre. Proceed to local product shops for the famous Sarawak Pepper, bird nests and local pottery. Afternoon time proceed to the SARAWAK RIVER CRUISE. A fantastic way to turn a page back in history of Sarawak, through a cruise along the river that brings you past historical landmarks of Kuching. It will take you past places of interest like the Kuching Waterfront, Square Tower, a multi-purpose market, old State Mosque with five Onion shaped domes, a malay house on stilts and the satok suspension Bridge before heading the other side of the river to see the Astana, Fort Margherita and fishing village. Overnight at hotel.
DAY 05 DEPARTURE ( B )
Breakfast at hotel.Free at your own leisure until transfer to the Airport
