Tour Itinerary
Day 1
Departing early from Marrakech you will descend South and right through the length of the Atlas Mountains at a height of 2260m on the winding Tishka Pass. The views are breathtaking - not only in terms of the physical natural beauty, but you will also see the Berber villages of the Atlas, and the traditional houses and daily lives of the Berber people.
Your first stop is the ancient Kasbah Ait Benhaddou bridging the mountains with the Sahara, before moving on to Ouarzazate - the gateway to the Sahara - where you will stop for lunch. From here, you will make your way to your first night's stop in Dades Gorges where you can relax in the tranquility of the nature that surrounds you.
Day 2
Onwards to another Gorge - this time the mighty Todra - where you will spend some time, before heading down to the Sahara that you may only have seen in films. Erg Chebbi are the giant sand dunes that surround the town of Merzouga - a Berber town where you will spend your second night. You will take the traditional method of transport - camel - to the Berber camp in time for sunset, and enjoy an evening of Berber hospitality under the stars of the Sahara.
Day 3
After breakfast you will take another camel trek for sunrise before making your journey up North and once again through the Atlas mountains - arriving in the bright lights of Marrakech in the evening.

Nobody was impressed the first day when we had to pay extra for a guide, and it was poor value for money for lunch on the first day, but the other restaurants were better and the hotel we stayed in the first night was clean and secure. The trip into the dunes was fantastic but you really have to make it your own - we chased the sunset but climbing up the biggest sand dune and it was magnificent. 3 early starts and unfortunately the last day is 11 hours driving, but all in all a great experience!

The staff was very friendly, but the driver/tourist guide didn't speak to us too much, so we saw a few things, but we had no information about the places that we visited. I feel that we spent more time travelling thant actually enjoying the places that the tour offered us. The night at the dessert lacked of atmosphere, they could have organized some music and traditional dancing around a bonfire, but they did nothing. And the tent was very dirty.

it is ok for its price. but it is not a tour, the guide doesn't exist, they bring you where they want and they have friends. but that's marocco.
in the desert with cammellos and berberian people was very interesting. the trip is hard, many hours sitting in the bus but it was funny.
