The Annapurna circuit is also most popular trek in Nepal. It passes through country inhabited by a wide diversity of the main Himalayan range on to the high and dry Tibetan Plateau. The circuit is usually walked in counter clockwise direction because of the difficulties of crossing the Throng-la pass travelling clockwise the longer ascent and shorter decent from west to east is too much for many people to Manang In 1 day. The height m of throung-la Pass is 5416m it is closed by snow from mid December to mid-April in this month the bad weather can move in at any time. *Day 02 Kathmandu- Nagdi- Bahundanda Via Besi Sahar (750m) by bus 7 hrs and 4 hrs walk. / or we start the next *

*Day 03 Nagdi- Bahundanda- Jagat ( 6 hrs). After Nagdi reaching lampata at 1135, and near by bahundanda at 1310m from *

bahundanda the trail drops steeply to Syange at 1070m. Walking hours 6-7 hrs.

*Day 04 Jagat to Dharapani (6-7hrs). 1400m-1675m. walking hours 5-6 hrs.*

*Day 05 Dharapani (1943m) to Chame (2713m) (5-6hrs). *

*Day 06 Chame To Pisang(3183m)W.d. (5-6hrs) *

*Day 07 Pisang to Manang (3535m) Walking distance.4-5 hrs*

*Day 08 Manang> Rest day(acclimatizing)*

*Day 09 Manang to Yakkharka- Ledar(42050m) walking distance 3-4 hrs.*

*Day 10 Yakkharkato_Ledar- Throng Phedi- High Camp at 4420m. walking distance 3-4 hrs.*

*Day 11 Phedi [4420] -Thurung-la Pass (5415m.) - Muktinath[3800m] walking distance (9-10)hrs). *

*Day 12 Muktinath to Kagbeni(3hrs). Muktinath the holy place for Hindu and the Buddhist People after Muktinath you are really well come on Kagbeni to see more than 100 years Monastery and many more. Views.*

*Day 13 Kagbeni to Marpha(2667m)(5-6hrs). *

*Day 14 Marpha to Ghasa(2013m) 6-7 hours*

*Day 15 Ghasa to Tatopani .(1199m.)(6-7hrs)*

*Day 16Tatopani to Ghorepani(2850m)/ 8-9 Hours.*

*Day 17 Ghorepani to Pokhara 7-8 hours.*

Pokhara Valley: IN short , if kathmandu vally is made by people. Pokhara vally is made by nature. The rare combinations of snow clad peaks and snow fed lakes and rivers has helped to make the valley of Pokhara (210 km/131 miles from Kathmandu) one of the most picturesque natural attractions in the kingdom. A must for all visitors to Pokhara valley is the Phewa Lake. A half day excursion of the Pokhara Valley consists of a visit to the old city, new market, the cap factory and the Seti gorge.

WHAT TO SEE IN AND AROUND KATHMANDU VALLEY[ 3-5 hours]

Pashupatinath: Situated 5 kilometers ease of Kathmandu city, Pashupatinath temple is one of the holiest Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Situated amidst a lush green natural setting on the bank of the sacred Bagmati river, the temple built in pagoda style has gilted roof and richly carved silver doors. Visitors will be permitted to view the temple from the east bank of River Bagmati, entrance in the temple being strictly forbidden to all non Hindus. Pasupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of Shivaratri, which falls in the month of February/March. Behind the temples are the cremation grounds.

Boudhanath: This stupa, eight kilometers east of Kathmandu City is one of the biggest in the world of its kind. It stand with four pairs of eyes in the four cardinal direction keeping watch for righteous behaviour and human prosperity. This Buddhist stupa was built by King Man Deva at the advice of Goddess Mani Jogini. It is built on an octagonal base inset with prayer wheels. The shrine is ringed by houses of Lamas of Buddhist priests.

Bhadgaon: Also known as Bhaktapur meaning the city of devotees, this place is the home of medieval art and architecture. Lying 14 km/9 miles east of Kathmandu City, this place was founded in the 9th century and is shaped like a conch shell. The city is at the height of 4600 ft. above see level. In Bhadgaon you will visit the Durbar Square with it's array of temples overlooked by the palace of 55 windows built by King Bhupatindra Malla. The Nyatapola Temple also built by King Bhupatindra Mall, is the best of example of Pagoda style and stands of five terraces on each of which stands a pair of figures two famous strong men, two elephants, two lion two griffins and two goddesses. Time permitting, a visit to the museum of Thanka painting can also be considered.
