Tour Itinerary
Day 01: Arrive at Kathmandu
On your arrival at Kathmandu Airport you will be met by our representative who will take you to the hotel for the night.
Day 02: Sightseeing
After having breakfast you take a sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley. You will visit many Buddhist and Hindu temples, which reflect the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society. In the afternoon you will be taken back to your Hotel. O/n at Kathmandu.
Day 03: Visit Boudhanath and Kopan Monastery
After having your breakfast you will visit Kopan and Boudhanath monastery. Boudhanath lies 8 km east of Kathmandu and is the oldest and biggest stupa in the Asia, the site is surrounded by many interesting Monasteries. Kopan Monastery was founded by Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rimpoche in 1970 as a center of Buddhist Teachings. It is nestled on a ridge and commands great views of the valley below. O/N at Kathmandu.
Day 04: Visit Namoboudha
After your breakfast you will drive to Namoboudha a famous Buddhist spot. Here you will see the small but fascinating stupa of Buddha. This is also an enjoyable hike during monsoon season where you can have the striking scene of the lush rice filled valleys and mist shrouded hills. It is a full day trip that takes you east of the valley and allows you to get a feel for rural like in Nepal. It is also possible to stay over night near to the Monastery. Return back to Kathmandu. O/n at Kathmandu.
Day 05: visit to Pharping monastery
Today you will visit Pharping monastery, which is along the road to Duksinkali one of the most famous Hindu temples in Nepal. The temple is situated amongst lush jungle and the road that takes you there gives you great views of the valley. O/n at Kathmandu. Return back to Kathmandu. O/n at Kathmandu.
Day 06: Departure
We will transfer you to Airport for your onward destination.
