We booked the tour expecting it to be well organised and professional. On the night of the tour we made the trip from the other side of amsterdam to the pick-up point. When we got there, there was no one from the tour to meet us. after making several calls (with no-one answering) we bumped into a tour rep who managed to get hold of the tour organiser who told us the trip was cancelled due to bad weather, a poor excuse considering the weather was fine. A waste of both time and money!!

- Failure to make cancellations 24 hours before the commencement of the tour will result in FULL PAYMENT being taken from the credit card.
- This tour requires a minimum number of people for the tour to take place. Should this minimum not be met, customers will be instantly informed and the deposit paid will be refunded.
