An once in a lifetime experience

Location: Northeast of Lima
Level: 3. Adventure
April to November
Approximate total distance: 80 km
Altitude range: 100 - 3400 m.a.s.l.
Day 1
5 a.m. bus from Lima to Huaral and on to La Florida. Open time for lunch, rest and get last supplies. 3 p.m. bike ride uphill along the singletrack heading to San Salvador de Pampas, 3 hours approx. Overnight in camp.
Day 2
8 a.m. biking & trekking to Rupac pre-inca citadel at 3400 m.a.s.l. Overnight in camp.
Day 3
8 a.m. downhill to Pampas, La Florida and to Huaral (6 - 8 hours). Return to Lima by bus.
Round trip transfers from your hotel to the bus
