I waited at the allocated place no one turned up for the tour, I then went and waited in the pub they said no one was there either suitably unimpressed!

I booked a pub crawl tour on 16/11/10 outside Starbucks off the Royal Mile as instructed by the website upon booking. No guide turned up although we did catch up with the group by chance three pubs later who had started at a totally different place - guide gave us an email address to request deposit back. Emailed both this address and the general website one, I've yet to hear back from either. I previously booked a pub crawl in Dublin with a different company and this is amateur in comparison!

I did not go on the pub crawl and would like my money back that i deposited. I turned up and the people weren't where they said they would be.
