Tour Itinerary

Day 1

You will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation in Cape Town, you can chill until the late afternoon or take a walk down to the V&A Waterfront to sail out of Table Bay harbour on a catamaran for a sunset cruise to witness the kaleidoscope of evening colours as the sun drops down over the horizon. Sip champagne and watch the city of Cape Town light up in front of you. Overnight in Cape Town

Day 2

Hop on the City sightseeing bus and discover some of the main attractions in and around Cape lions-head-cape-townTown. The bus also stops at the cable cars where you can get off and go up to Table Mountain (cable car fees not included). The bus departs from the V&A Waterfront Two Oceans Aquarium, the first bus departs at 9h10 and then every 20min thereafter, the last bus departs at 15h10. The first bus will arrive at the cable cars around 10h25 and then again every 20 min thereafter. There are 17 stop along the way, they are as follow, V&A WATERFRONT TWO OCEANS AQUARIUM, CLOCKTOWER, CONVENTION CENTRE, CAPE TOWN TOURISM, ST GEORGE'S CATHEDRAL, SA MUSEUM, MOUNT NELSON, SA JEWISH MUSEUM, DISTRICT 6 MUSEUM, CASTLE, GOLD MUSEUM, JEWEL AFRICA, CABLEWAY, CAMPS BAY, PRESIDENT HOTEL, ST JOHN'S ROAD, WINCHESTER HOTEL and then back to the Aquarium.

Overnight in Cape Town.

Day 3

Once again collected from your backpacker lodge for a trip down the peninsula, we follow the Atlantic Coast to Hout Bay harbour , where we go onboard a boat to Seal Island for a good look at these amazing swimmers, then along the breathtaking Chapman's Peak drive where you are suddenly 300 feet up and the sea is crashing into the rocks far below, we pass Noordhoek and go on to the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point (the end of the peninsula). We check out the penguins at Boulders beach & we take mountain bikes along for those who wish to get out and groove in the smell of the many flowers and fresh sea air. You can cycle as much or as little as you like as the support van is always nearby. There is also an easy half hour cliff top hike from Cape Point with stunning 360 degree views No special fitness level required. That evening you transfer to Stellenbosch, the heart of the Winelands to overnight in this 300 year old town.

Day 4

Now slow the pace down a little and we head on a full days Wine Tour to four uniquely wine farms in Stellenbosch, Paarl & Franschhoek , where you will get to taste red & white wines, lunch is included and local cheese is also available to taste and buy. Enjoy dinner at one of the many splendid restaurants which are within walking distance. There are many pubs and clubs around should you wish to explore the night life of Stellenbosch Overnight in Stellenbosch

Day 5

This morning you will be collected from the hostel and taken to Kayamandi, the local township where the friendly Mr Madiba will be your tour guide. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the beautiful town of Stellenbosch, or hire a bike and cycle up to the Jonkershoek Nature reserve. Over night in Stellenbosch

Day 6

Leave Stellenbosch in the morning for Hermanus. Glide across sparkling blue water while marvelling at the majestic sea cliffs and sea life aboard a Sea Kayak. A knowledgeable guide will take you on a two hour paddle departing from the historical old harbour into the Whale sanctuary. Spend the afternoon chilling .Overnight in Hermanus

Day 7

Spend the day on the beach or idle your time away at one of the numerous coffee shops in the quaint seaside town. You could also go on a Shark Cage Dive should you wish before you transfer back to Cape Town in the late afternoon.
