1. The ski jacket is not included and we have to rent. It is better if he travel agent told us before that we cannot use our winter coat.
2. The tour guide/coach is only show us some basic skiing, and he looks not happy/sincerely taught us.
3. We are promised by VIP travel that we get sandwiches but we did not.
But overall we still enjoy the trip since it was our first time skiing, it was fun experience.

The guide is very friendly, helpful and patient. I enjoyed my trip to the resort and glad to learn the basics of snowboarding thanks to the guidance of the guide.

- In the event of cacellation the deposit paid is non refundable.
