Tour Itinerary
Our bike tour departs daily at 11:00, and takes a route along some of Barcelona's most famous sights. You will see their famous beaches, the Arc di Triomf, Parc Ciutadella, and the marvelous La Sagrada Familia. If the group desires we will make a stop-off at a classic Spanish Bodega, for some tapas and local wine.
For the evening, you will sit down in a private section of a restaurant for a Catalan Cooking Experience. Your Spanish Chef, will serve you a plate of tapas, and explain the traditional recipes. You will then be able to build your own, following the chef's advice, or building your own creation.
Next, he will prepare the paella pan, and show you how all the ingredients will be used and how they work together. He will teach you the history of the dish and all of the different varieties which are traditionally prepared. While the paella is simmering, you will learn how to mix your own jug of sangria, and then you will bring it back to the table to enjoy with your paella dish.
