Day 1
Arrival at the Bandranaike International airport
Sri Lanka. Welcome and assistance upon arrival and transfer to the Hotel in Kandy.
In the evening visit the famous Tooth Temple, and
the Kandyan Cultural dance.
Day 2
After Breakfast visit the Elephant Orphanage at Pinnawela. It is the Orphanage for baby elephants, set up by the Department of National Zoological garden. The Orphanage was established to feed, nurse and house young elephants found abandoned by their mothers. Visit the Royal Botanical Garden of Paradeniya. The Royal Botanical garden at Peradeniya was established in 1821 and now cover 140 acres and enclosed in a loop in the Mahaweli river, the longest river in Sri Lanka.
Visit tea factory and Shopping at Kandy Town.
Day 3
After breakfast proceed to Dambulla, visit the Rock caved Golden Temple of Dambulla which has a history since 3rd century BC. Visit a Sri Lankan spice garden and The Sigiriya rock fortress, 183 meters height.
Day 4
After Breakfast proceed to Adam's Peak. Adam's Peak is a 2,243 meters (7,359 ft), tall conical mountain, located in cenral Sri Lanka. It is well known for the Sri pada, " Sacred foot print", a 1.8m rock formation near the summit, in Buddhist tradition held to be the foot print of Buddha, in Hindu tradition that of Shiva and in Muslim tradition that of Adam.
Day 5
After breakfast proceed to the airport on time for departure. ( Visit Negambo beach, which is close to the airport.)
