Tour Itinerary

Day 1- Arrival and transfer to Negombo Ocean View Guest House.

Day 2-Ayurvedic treatments.The whole treatment take three hours. 1.Head massage. 2.Body massage. 3.Face massage. 4.Herbal steam bath. 5.Shirodhara(Warm oil Head Treatment). 6.Flower bath. Then provide a fruit plate and Herbal tea.

Day 3-Ayurvedic treatments.The whole treatment take three hours. 1.Head massage. 2.Body massage. 3.Face massage. 4.Herbal steam bath. 5.Shirodhara(Warm oil Head Treatment). 6.Flower bath. Then provide a fruit plate and Herbal tea.

Day 4-Ayurvedic treatments.The whole treatment take three hours. 1.Head massage. 2.Body massage. 3.Face massage. 4.Herbal steam bath. 5.Shirodhara(Warm oil Head Treatment). 6.Flower bath. Then provide a fruit plate and Herbal tea.

Day 5- Start the tour of 3 days.

Negombo to Elephant orphanage,Spice garden,Tea factory,Gem meuseum, Batik factory and gallery and temple of the tooth relic of buddha.In the evening see the Cultural dance of Kandy.Over night stay in Kandy.

Day 6-Kandy to Polonnaruwa and visit the ancient city,Great Parakrama Samudra, statue of King Parakrama, museum, royal palace, Kumara Pokuna, council chamber, Shiva temple, Thuparama, Vatadage, Hetadage, Atadage, wood carving factory, rice mill, option of: Elephant ride in the jungle orjeep safari in Habarana (depending on time).Over night stay in Sigiriya.

Day 7- Early morning climb Sigiriya rock fortress and see the world famous frescoes and back for breakfast. Then visit Dambulla cave temple and proceed to Negombo or Airport.
