The reception desk is easy to find in the Interlaken main street. All staff speak excellent english. The facilites are in good condition. This is an adventure game but they made me felt very comfortable, not scare at all. The only bad thing was, when I was going to took off, my nose start bleeding (coz the dry weather), but the pilot seems a bit annoying coz need to wait my bleeding stop. My friend's pilot was very nice, he introduced us to a very yummy and good price restaurant near by.

- In the event of cacellation the deposit paid is non refundable.
- Failure to make cancellations 24 hours before the commencement of the tour will result in FULL PAYMENT being taken from the credit card.
- Cancellations on behalf of the tour operator will result in a full refund.
- Tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In this event customers will be instantly informed and the deposit paid will be refunded.
