Tour Itinerary

With ThaIntro you'll discover chaotic Bangkok by Tuk Tuk and by boat, visit ancient temples, learn to cook Thai food, sleep on floating bungalows in the middle of a rainforest, explore tropical islands, swim under waterfalls, ride elephants through the jungle, have a Thai massage, party on the world famous 'full moon' party beach and much more!

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrive and Meet the Group

We'll pick you up from the airport and take you to the guesthouse in Bangkok. You'll then have plenty of time to recover from your flight, chill out and meet everyone in your group.

Note: You should aim to arrive on your ThaIntro start date as there are no activities on that day and more then 2-3 days in Bangkok to begin with can be too long. If you arrive early however we can still pick you up, and give you lots of cool things to do in Bangkok!

Day 2 - Bangkok River Cruise and Temples

Discover bustling Bangkok from a different perspective as we take a relaxing cruise through the heart of the city. With our local Thai guide we'll visit Bangkok's most sacred and ancient temples, then jump in a Tuk Tuk and travel through the crazy streets!

At night we'll head out and experience some of the best nightlife in the world!

Day 3 - Thai Cooking Class & Overnight Train

Learn the secrets to preparing delicious Thai cuisine first hand with a traditional Thai cooking class. And then eat what you cook!

Then watch the amazing transition from the bustling city to the beauty of the Thai countryside as we travel south on the overnight train.

Day 4 - Khao Sok National Park

Our first destination in the south of Thailand is the magical Khao Sok National Park. It's an untouched paradise that few people know about. We'll wind through amazing limestone cliffs in a long-tail boat to a pristine freshwater lake and will stay overnight in floating bungalows!

Day 5 - Tropical Islands

We'll then travel by boat to the beautiful tropical island of Koh Phangan - home of the world famous full-moon parties. After checking in to beachside bungalows you can spend the afternoon exploring the island or just relax by the pool and work on your tan.

Day 6 - Beaches, Snorkelling & Waterfalls Boat Trip and Travel info talk

You'll discover the beauty of the island as we travel by long-tail boat to some of the most amazing beaches in the world! You'll go snorkelling in crystal clear water and take a short trek through the jungle to swim under a waterfall.

On our return your Group Leader will go through all your onward travel options. Whether you're just heading back to Bangkok to go home, or heading off travelling with the new friends you've made, your Group Leader will make sure you're all sorted!

Day 7 - Elephant Trekking, Thai Massage and Farewell Dinner

Get ready for some action as we go elephant trekking through the jungle. Then prepare to be pampered with a traditional Thai massage, before we head out for the delicious farewell dinner. We end the trip with a big beach party. The perfect way to end the trip of a lifetime!

You can then stay longer at our resort; head back to Bangkok or take off travelling with the new friends you've made. Your Group Leader will help you sort whatever you like!
