Tour Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Cairo
Welcome to Egypt! Our representative will meet you to ensure a smooth path through immigration and customs. You have time to explore at your leisure before meeting your Pack2Egypt tour escort and fellow travelers for a welcome drink at the hotel.
Day 2: Cairo "Desert Tour" (B)
Full-day outing to Sakkara and Memphis, followed by a visit to the most famous wonderland in the whole world – the Great Pyramids and the Sphinx. Overnight in Cairo Hotel.
Day 3: Cairo / Dahab (B)
After breakfast transfer to the bus station to catch the early morning bus to Dahab. Arrive in Dahab where you will transfer to your hotel check-in. Free evening at leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 4: Dahab (B)
Today you’ll meet with your dive instructor who will check your medical fitness documents and go over the plan for your course. Free evening at leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 5: Dahab / Open Water PADI Diving Course (B)
Classroom session followed by shallow water practical lessons. Free evening at leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 6: Dahab / Open Water PADI Diving Course (B)
Classroom session followed by shallow water practical lessons. Free evening at leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 7: Dahab / Open Water PADI diving course (B)
Time to start applying your studies with dives in the open shallow water off the beach. Free evening at leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 8: Dahab / Open Water PADI diving course (B)
Time for your first open water dive in the sea – bringing you one step closer to being a certified PADI SCUBA diver. Free evening at leisure and overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 9: Dahab / Open Water PADI diving course (B)
Today’s the day! Your course ends and you receive your PADI SCUBA DIVER Certification. Remainder of the day is free. Why not get in some extra dives by exploring the underwater world of the Red Sea or just relax and enjoy the warm sunshine of Sinai. Overnight in Dahab hotel.
Day 10: Depart Dahab / Cairo (B)
You have a free morning to relax. In the afternoon, we catch the bus back to Cairo.
Arrive at Cairo bus station. Meet and transfer to the hotel for check-in and overnight.
Day 11: Cairo "City Tour" (B,D)
First to the Egyptian Museum where most of the fabulous treasures of the Pharaohs are kept. Then we drive to the Citadel -- home to Egyptian rulers for nearly 700 years. Later, we explore many attractions in the old Coptic area including the Hanging Church and Ben Ezra Synagogue (the Jewish Temple).
In the evening, we will embark on a Nile River Steamer for an open buffet dinner accompanied by a folkloric Sufi (“whirling dervish”) and belly-dancing show. Overnight in Cairo hotel.
Day 12: Depart Cairo (B)
Farewell to Egypt today. Our tour ends after breakfast. Transfer to Cairo International Airport.
Our "Egypt2Dive" tour includes:
1. Transfers from/to the airport.
2. All fully-guided tours (as per the itinerary) in air-conditioned buses.
3. Fluent, English-speaking tour guides and local leaders throughout your program.
4. Round-trip Cairo/Dahab and Dahab/Cairo in air-conditioned buses with reclining seats.
5. All accommodations in 3-star hotels in Cairo and Dahab. All rooms have a private bath, air-conditioning, TV, and include breakfast.
6. Five-day PADI Open Water Course for beginners, including all equipment and the certified license.
7. In Cairo, a Nile Dinner Cruise on a 5-star ship. Delight in an open buffet style dinner while enjoying the Sufi (“whirling dervish”) and belly dancing show.
8. All meals as described in the tour itinerary (B = Breakfast, L = Lunch, D = Dinner).
9. All transfer and pick-up services.
10. All service charges and taxes.
Tour Excludes
• International flights.
• Entry visa.
• All site entrance fees.
• Any items of personal nature, such as drinks, phone calls, laundry, tips…etc.
Tour Price & Payment
• The tour price is $595.00 USD per person, based on double occupancy. There is a $165.00 USD single supplement charge.
• A 25% supplement applies during the peak periods (From December 23rd till January 7th and from April 3rd till April 30th).
Notes:
• The "Egypt2Dive" tour starts everyday, however confirmation in advance is still highly recommended.
• The "Egypt2Dive" tour can be added to any other tour of ours as an extension.
• fitness certification from your doctor is required to take the course.
• All of our tours can be customized to fit your time, budget, and interests.
• Optional day trips and activities (Add-Ons) are available upon request and include the Sound & Light Show at the Pyramids, shopping at the Khan El-Khalily Market, an excursion to the Fayoum Oasis, and much more.
• All day trips leave in small groups and are accompanied by a professional tour guide.
• There are no time constraints for any of the day trips. The time spent depends only upon our guests’ desires and the official opening/closing times of the sites.
• Additional accommodation nights can be arranged upon request.
Reservation
• Please e-mail us once you book your tour to inform us with all your arrival and departure flights' details including the dates, times, airlines, and flights' numbers. This will allow us to arrange your airport pick-ups and transfers.
