Tour ItineraryPatan Museum:
It is inside the Patan Durbar square and is considered as the best museums in Asia. It daily opens from 9:00am to 5:00 pm.
Krishna Mandir:
It is the Temple of Lord Krishna built in 1637 AD and most religious temple of Nepal. In this temple Hindu pilgrimages visit here during the birthday of Lord Krishna.
Patan Industrial Estate: This industrial estate is well known for Nepali handicrafts such as wood carvings, metal crafts, carpets and thanka paintings and there is also a shopping arcade where all of the handicraft product are displayed and for sale.
The Zoo:
It has many animals, birds and reptiles which entice all the visitors, situated in Jawalakhel. The zoo is a very popular picnic place for families on the weekends
Hiranya Varna Mahavihar:
In this place you will find the three story golden pagoda of Lord Buddha. Many Buddhist visit here. It is one of the most mystical sights in Patan.
Also in Patan, there are many other sights that you can see such as Rudra Varna Mahavir, Jagatnarayan Temple, Kumbheshwor, the Ashokan Stupas, Temple of Macchendranath and Minnath etc. We suggest you take a fall day sightseeing here, or even better stop over in Patan for one night and make use of a local guide to make the most of this splendid area.
