About Pedal Power Vienna:
PEDAL POWER was established in March 1996.
We want to encourage tourists to discover Vienna by bike. A way of combining culture with actively experiencing the city.
Bike riding is becoming increasingly popular and one reason is that it has no negative effects on the environment and another is its definite positive effect on the health of the biker.
We have come up with a few ideas in an effort to motivate you to use bikes in Vienna.
Firstly, PEDAL POWER delivers and collects the bikes. You can start your exploring directly from where you are staying.
Secondly, you are provided with high quality 21 gear bikes. Our touring bikes are ideal to comfortably and safely experience Vienna.
You are able to easily find your way around the city. We have put together tour descriptions and a special map, with the routes drawn in, and the sights numbered. These are provided free of charge.
Of course, bikes can also be picked up directly from the PEDAL POWER office. Our location on the U1 metro, near Prater (the largest park in Vienna) and the Danube Island bike paths makes it a perfect place to start tours - and especially safe for children.
We also offer a daily guided bike tour. We meet in front of the Ferris Wheel and in 3 unforgettable hours you see more of Vienna up close than others see in 3 days.
