CULTOUR
About Cultour:
the members of our team CULTOUR are sociologists, historians, teachers and students of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Thank to different activities in the University area and to numerous tour by CULTOUR, we have earned a large experience in the process of historical, social and cultural activities in Buenos Aires.
The tours that we organize are orientated to the culture and history of our country. We believe that certain aspects of a recent past are essential to be able to understand and then to know the present time of Argentina.
We try to bring a historical and cultural understanding of a place which is full of a certain meaning, beyond the simple cliché tour. In this way, we believe that the visitor will be able to make a link between the different visits, led by one line which will lead him to know Argentina form another point of view, much more profitable.
Our tours are directed to those visitors who want to learn more about Argentina, not only for its beautiful nature but also for its history and culture. The idea is that the visitor might be able through different propositions (like debates, videos) to take a more active attitude than the one he is accustomed in the usual touristic visits.
We consider that audio-visuals materials are a fundamental part in our tours. It is for that reason that we try to add to our report, different audio-visual images (like pictures, newspapers, audios, videos). We are being able in this way, to create our own dynamic and interaction which allows us to go, even for a few minutes, in the historical period about which we are talking about all the time. |
