tour operator did NOT get my reservation via hostelworld.com... good thing that I called, made reservation, got cancelled the same evening. Made reservation for the next day, got cancelled the night before the tour.. So now I have to take a much more expensive tour to still see the Grand Canyon... sucks!! They didn't even offer me something for cancelling on me twice..
