Tour Itinerary

Tam Coc is known to travelers as Viet Nam's Ha Long Bay without water. Ha Long Bay on the rice paddies (a striking resemblance to Guilin and Yangshuo in China). Tam Coc has huge rock formation jutting out of rice fields. Tam Coc means "Three Cave?

Bich Dong is 2km far from Tam Coc, famous for Nam Thien De Nhi Dong - The most second beautiful cave of Viet Nam, after Perfume Pagoda. It has a built into pagoda.

Phat Diem Stone Cathedral is an extremely artistic, cultural and religious work of Luu Phuong commune, Kim Son district. The site is not only a harmonious combination between the architecture of Asian pagodas and European church but also shows skilful techniques of Vietnamese artisans since the 19th century (1875-1899).

9h00: Start from Ninh Binh to Tam Coc.

9h20: Taking a boat trip along the tiny Ngo Dong river to admire a great scenery of Tam Coc (Three caves)

11h00: Finish the boat trip

11h20: Visiting Bich Dong pagoda, that has a grotto, which was consider to be the second beautiful grotto in Viet Nam (in the 17th century).

12h20: Having lunch at Tam Coc restaurant.

13h30: Continue transfer to Phat Diem.

14h20: Visiting Phat Diem stone cathedral ?the most hamonious combination of architecture between the East and the West: roman, gothic, pagoda...

15h30 Coming back to Ninh Binh City.
