I was lucky to visit Spain 3 times in 2010 from Barcelona passing by madrid to stop at Andalusia. No doubt it's Ronda, Spain. The city is romantic & clear air welcoming people, relatively cheap, local cheese that melts in your mouth & fresh ...Tuna!( it's located in top of a mountain.) And most important off all: Stunning sunset view like I have never seen before.

And 90 Mile Beach on the north island well.....90 mile beach, enough said! Gutted we couldn't go whale watching due to rough seas though :(
