'Pod Wawelem' without a doubt. It was so good that I am planning on visiting Krakow just because of it. True middle European atmosphere with large selection of quality and very cheap beer served in all types of pints, and outstanding food as well! Service is original and very polite and helpful (not to mention good looking girls). I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!
