Cestr in Muzeum. The best beef! You get to taste meat you thought didn't even exist. Only local ingredients and you really want to taste their Czech snails. Great Pilsner on tap is a bonus.

Lokal in Dlouha. It will give you a realistic flavour of how the eating places looked like in the 1980s, even the menu is very similar... the only difference is that the food is actually quite yummy and the service knows how to smile. Plus unpasteurized Pilsner Urquell, the mother of beers!
