    Torquay

    Apollo Bay, 191km from Melbourne, is in the heart of the Great Ocean Road region. Nestled at the foothills of the magnificent, rainforest-shrouded Otway Ranges, Apollo Bay is a perfect place for a seaside escape. Who knows you may even spot some koalas in the Otway National Park.

    Princetown

    Just east of the 12 Apostles lies the 13th Apostle Hostel in Princetown. Close enough for a sunset walk to the apostles you can also catch the little penguins returning to their burrows on the beach below. Princetown itself is bordered on two sides by national parks, with the Port Campbell National Park extending north-westerly and the Otway National Park to the south-east.

    Further west of the 12 Apostles is the famous cray fishing coastal town of Port Campbell. It's a perfect location to explore the beautiful Loch Ard Gorge or to take a walk to Thunder Cave. Port Campbell bay also boasts many places to eat & drink as well as soak up the spectacular scenery. Also known as the Shipwreck Coast, the more adventurous can dive to some of the 15 known wrecks known along this treacherous coast.
