Just two stops with the ultra-modern tramway or 15 minutes by foot from Alexanderplatz, the famous historic center of Berlin, lies our hotel in the vibrating Greifswalder Strae in the super-hip district Prenzlauer Berg.

Despite this downtown location, our rooms are situated in a quiet backyard in a typical Berliner Altbau with lots of flair and atmosphere. Spread across five floors with shared bathrooms and lockable showers and toilets we offer you everything you need to get to know this metropole during your stay.

Alexanderplatz with the Berlin-Television-Tower and its breathtaking scenic view and unique spinning restaurant
the historic boulevard Unter den Linden with the Berlin Palace, the Berlin Cathedral, the Museum Island, the Berlin State Opera Staatsoper and of course Berlins famous landmark and most popular monument: the Brandenburg Gate

Our reception is open for you from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Should you be arriving later than 6 p.m., please contact us at least one day in advance. Please note that we cannot accept arrivals after 11 p.m.

If you cancel or modify your booking up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the whole amount will be charged.

Please note that we dont accept bookings without a valid credit card and they will be cancelled if the card is invalid
For bookings around New Years Eve we ask our guests for advance payment.

Please note that reservations of 3 rooms and more are considered as group reservations and have other payment and cancellation policies. In case of a group reservation, the whole amount has to be paid immediately. Cancellation and modifications are only allowed up to 14 days before arrival. After that date, the reservation cannot be changed or canceled anymore.
