Open House is part of the nonprofit ORG Brazilian Art & Culture Association which develops social awareness documentaries
and conduct educational programs for children in low income communities. These projects are funded with the accommodation revenue.

CARNIVAL SEASON CONDITIONS:
Minimum stay is five nights. A 50% deposit of the total balance, made directly to us within 48h of the booking,
is required to confirm a carnival reservation. The reminder balance shall be paid in full
at least 30 days prior to arrival. Both payments can be done ONLY using:
Paypal, Credit Card through accepted online service or Western Union.
Failing to comply with conditions will result in booking cancellation without refund.
