1. Payment Method upon check in we accept both credit card and cash.
2. Free cancellation if we get notification 2 days before arrival, same day or day before arrival cancellation that its chargeable for one night.
3. Check in/Check out time 12.00noon.
4. The room tariffs are excluding taxes. We charge 8.4% on room tarrifs.
5. We are easy going people and we don't mind guest getting in late etc. We expect the guests to keep the rooms and linen clean.
6. Residents of Jaipur are not permitted to stay at the Haveli.
7. We need a valid passport and visa for foreign nationals and a valid photo ID and address proof for Indian nationals during check-in.
8. Children from 0-5 years have complementary stay.
