Colonial style house built in 1993. On its front we can see a pleasant terrace that has a half-point arch, supported by two Ionic columns, typical of its style, which offer the house a very special view. It also has all its ceramic floors, with doors, windows and high ceilings. Since its construction it had several uses, first as family house, then doctor's office, and school. In 1999 it becomes hostel and family house until today.

General Description of the property

The house has a terrace, Hall room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, side aisle, dining room, kitchen and a small room for mutiples uses.
We have a room with double or matrimonial bed, air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, closet and shared bathroom with the other room that is two beds or twin and has air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, closet.

The house is located very close to the Plaza de la Revolucion, several restaurants, the National Theatre of the Habana, Cinemas, Concert hall Maxim Rock, Dental Clinic, Hospitals, Discotheques and the University of Havana. Our house is 5 minutes by walking from Via Azul terminal and 10 minutes by bus from Havana Vieja.

How to get from the airport

Leaving the airport you turn to the left to take Rancho Boyeros Avenue, go straight on for about 25 min. until you go by the bus station where you turn left and three blocks in that direction is our house.La Casa de Oralia Policies & Conditions:
