Nes B&B offers an authentic Amsterdam stay in a typical style monumental building. The B&B is located on the first floor of the building and consists of 2 single beds with a shower/toilet and a loft area with 2 more single beds.

Your on site host offers use of their living room breakfast area; and a functional kitchenette with all the necessary appliances and cookware. Information about events in the city, restaurants, and bars will be provided on your arrival. The property is smoker friendly.

The Dam Square (City Center/Royal Palace) is just a minute walk away and the Red Light District is less than 5 minutes walk from the B&B. The Dam square is the city center consisting of the Royal Palace and Madame Tussauds Wax Museum. There are many bars, restaurants, and coffee shops on the street. The famous Red Light District is less than a 5 minutes walk away.

The entire B&B for 4 persons must be booked and paid for by a single booking (no sharing or separate groups are accepted).
There is a 200 Euros refundable Key/Security deposit for the B&B on the check-in. The deposit will be returned in full on the check-out if the accommodation is left tidy and keys are returned.
Your reservation must have the correct Arrival time in order to be checked in! Guests must inform us of any changes in their travel plans at least 24hrs. in advance! Please provide your correct mobile phone number!
