The house is so beautiful & spacious,with a decoration made with a lot of love.In the living room area you will find a big sofa chairs and puffs to talk and chill with the other people that could be staying in the house.The rooms are really nice and well equipped, the common areas have all what you could need , a 41' TV located in the living room with both of local and international channels and internet access.)A big kitchen also full equipped, refrigerator and washing machine to your disposal , a 20 MB internet speed that will let you work comfortably if this is the case.The flat has a lot of natural illumination and big spaces , upstairs you will find a terrace where take fresh air and see the sky of the city during day and night time and if you have a car, we got a free garage to your disposal.

Located in a great & safe residential neighbourhood but also close enough to La zona Rosa & between the stadium & Floresta Metro stations,an area full of restaurants ,and digital nomads co working spaces .Here you will see a more real Medellin & could interact with locals and native speakers,in addition to this ,Medellin immersion Spanish school is just 5 mins walk distance, in case you wanna learn Spanish!We are in one of the nicest and safest neighbourhoods in Medellin, Laureles Estadio, central and easy to move around.You will have no regrets of staying your days in Medellin in this amazing area.

Our house have 8 rooms in total but all the areas are super big , so you will have enough space to enjoy a comfortable stay.The idea of our space is that you feel as at home.The rooms have comfy beds, clean and comfortable sheets, private bathroom nightstand, fan and mirror.
