Cozy House is a delightful B & B located in the heart of Florence, the entire structure is located on the ground floor, thus not have a lift or stairs to worry about and you have the total freedom thanks to an access code!

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe at any time of day or night, ideal for a quiet holiday for youth and adults or a foothold for business trips.

Cancellation policy: 72h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
