MSPT Hostel

Hi! My name is Matthew Chen, 32 years old. I was born and raised in this city. This is my second homestay, i own and run MSPT Hostel by myself.

The flat located on 6th floor of a old building with no elevator, 10mins walk to SUN YET SUN University Station(Line 8). It is about 70 square meters, with 5 private bedrooms and 2 shared bathrooms. There are WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer machine, refrigerator and microwave for everyone to use.

Notice: It’s impossible to find my place by yourself, please let me know when you will arrive, I will meet you at Exit B of Sun Yet Sun University.

***Property Policies & Conditions:
1. Cancellation policy: At least 1 day advance notice for cancellation, otherwise, you need to pay first night balance as late cancellation fee/no show fee.
2. Check in from 10:00 to 22:00.
3. Check out before 14:00.
4. Payment upon arrival by cash only.
5. Taxes included.
6. Breakfast not included.
7. No Smoking in whole property.
8. Reception working hours 10:00-22:00.
