Aabalree Guest House, central Dundee's eco friendly guesthouse, is near to all city attractions inc the V&A, Caird Hall, Slessor Gardens, Caird Hall, DCA and Rep, both Universities & the Discovery, Firgate (UNICORN!), Verdant Works & Mcmanus museums. We totally recommend walks up Law Hill & along the Riverside and are happy to give you more tips for Scotland.

We have shared dorms, private singles, doubles, twins & family rooms. Shower & toilet facilities are shared as with microwave, fridge & crockery.

There's no curfew but there is also no visitors and noise down after 10.30pm, as we host young families, elderly and working guests too. We welcome everyone.

Aabalree Guest House Policies and Conditions:
-Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
-Check in from 17:00 to 23:00 .
-Check out before 11:00 .
-Payment upon arrival by cash, credit cards, debit cards.
-3% credit card fee.
-Taxes included.
-Breakfast not included - 5.00 GBP per person per day.
