We are a married couple with two young children. Our house is situated in a very quiet area, on the 3rd floor of a condo building without elevator. Our bright, brand new Private Room is located in a great place in a quiet environment, only 450 m from the beach, with a nice view of the whole city. Only a few minutes walk away, you will find beautiful beaches and the Lungomare - which is ideal for jogging, bike riding or just walking right by the sea, as well as a big shopping mall. We have 2 bikes which you are welcome to use, and public parking is also free of charge.

The room is equipped with an air conditioner, a bed for two people (160 x 200 cm), a big wardrobe, a practical working area with a writing desk, a Smart TV + Netflix, Play Station 4 game console. Unlimited WiFi is available in all parts of the flat.
- A shared bathroom with a shower tub, shampoo, shower gel, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. Please NOTE that our flat has 1 bathroom for the guests and 1 toilet without a shower for the host, so in some cases, the host may need to share the shower in the bathroom.
- A hallway equipped with: refrigerator, iron, microwave, toaster, coffee machine. Please note that you will only have access to your bedroom, the space in front of the room and the shared bathroom.

Seaside Room Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 22:00.
Check out before 11:00.

Payment upon arrival by cash.

We do not accept customers younger between 2-18 years of age.
No curfew.
