Newly renovated cosy affordable housing is located right in the heart of Varna on the Black Sea coast. The main city square with singing fountain and Opera building are also just a short walk away. The pedestrian walking street with many shops and cafes is only 100 meters away. The seaside park with all its attractions and beach can be reached in 15 minutes without a hurry.
We offer for your stay inexpensive rooms in a condominium with 6 separate rooms. The condominium consists of 3 floors and a basement floor. The upper apartment consists of two rooms with terrace, bathroom and kitchenette. There are three separate rooms and one shared bathroom on the second floor. On the ground floor, there is one room, a bathroom and a large shared kitchen that all occupants can use. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, large table, washing machine and everything necessary for cooking delicious Bulgarian cuisine. The basement closes separately and consists of two separate rooms and a bathroom. Video surveillance is being conducted for your safety on the ground floor.
The rooms have recently been renovated with new furniture, air conditioning, wireless internet and TV. Each room has clean linen and towels, microwave and kettle. Some rooms are equipped with washing machine and kitchenette.

Cancellation policy: 2 days (48h) before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
