Horrible. Against my better judgement, I decided to keep my reservation at this place. They are owned by a company called 'Toronto Furnished Living' and some how found their way onto the site. Everything was falling apart, the floor was warped and the kitchen tiles coming up. Everything was dusty and dirty. The room I was given had furniture that looked like it was all fished out of a dumpster but at least the TV was new! The front door had tape on it and it look very insecure. I raised a fuss and was moved to another building they owned and they were very understanding which was nice but I felt so betrayed by what they were trying to give me. The building they moved me into had the same issues including bedbugs. I befriended someone who stayed and he had the same problem. Maybe they've just recently acquired the place and are working to improve it but they should stay closed until it's suitable. One thing I will say is that they are very responsive and trying, I guess but horrible experience, proceed with caution.
